These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Wild Intuition Ltd, the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. By scheduling an appointment with Lianne Sherlock at Wild Intuition Ltd you understand and agree that Lianne Sherlock is not a medical professional, solicitor, accountant or other licensed professional, and cannot give medical, legal, or tax advice. Any information or advice given by Lianne Sherlock on the site or through services with her is for entertainment purposes only and not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Lianne Sherlock will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any session or appointment with Lianne Sherlock, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. By booking a session with Lianne Sherlock, you agree and verify that you, the client:
33. a) have voluntarily decided to participate in this session and have requested a session on your own free will
b) are at least 18 years of age, and are of sound mind, have not been deemed incompetent, do not suffer from any condition that would hinder my participation in any activity with Lianne Sherlock or Wild Intuition Ltd. These Activities include, but are not limited to, Sessions, Workshops, Courses and Memberships.
c) understand your session is not to be used as a substitute for any type of medical, health, psychological, psychiatric, or professional counselling, therapy or treatment. You acknowledge Lianne Sherlock is not a doctor and does not have any licenses as a medical care provider, psychologist, psychiatrist, or otherwise, and therefore when taking any action or participating in any activity, routine or program that may be described in the Services that you assume the risk and responsibility for any subsequent resulting harm.
39. I reserve the right to cancel your session and/or terminate the relationship for reasons I see fit. In this instance a full refund will be given for any sessions not completed.
40. Understand and agree that it is your responsibility to decide whether or not you require medical treatment and if you require such services to seek them on your own as needed.
41. Understand that your session may include information that does not seem to apply right now but could apply at a future date.
42. By participating in the session, you accept complete responsibility for your own medical, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and bodily health and well-being.
43. Understand that your participation in all offerings held by Lianne Sherlock, her colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes and understand that any personal medical concerns are under the care of a medical professional. Any advice given is ultimately determined by my own free will and you release any liability to take legal action against Lianne Sherlock, Wild Intuition Ltd, employees, instructors, or contractors.
44. On behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Lianne Sherlock, including her employees, employers, and any other persons associated with Wild Intuition Ltd, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a session of any kind to include but not limited to mediumship or energy healing with Lianne Sherlock. You further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you as a result of your reading attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Wild Intuition, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in any session to include but not limited to mediumship or energy healing, resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Wild Intuition Ltd.
45. a) understand and agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against Wild Intuition Ltd or any persons associated with Wild Intuition Ltd as a result of your actions, omissions, or other act, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Wild intuition Ltd and all persons associated with Wild Intuition Ltd from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims
b) understand that intuitive readings, oracle cards, and associated activities are not backed by scientific evidence and therefore are deemed as entertainment only.
c) agree that Wild Intuition Ltd can use portions of any feedback sent to us / them after the session as a testimonial using first name only and country and without revealing any specific information about the session
d) agree that Wild Intuition Ltd can use portions of your session for articles on her website, without revealing any specific information about your session to sharing the universal message of inspiration and love
3) agree to receive occasional future emails from Wild Intuition Ltd in the form of a newsletter with updates, news and other information
f) are accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release, by your own free will while fully comprehending what you are doing and the result and consequences of your actions
g) have read this and fully understand this agreement and understand that by booking any session including but not limited to mediumship and energy healing with Wild Intuition Ltd represents signing, accepting and agreeing to all the conditions stated within this agreement and includes a release of all possible liability of Wild Intuition Ltd.
46. You, the client, accept and agree to all terms and conditions upon booking a reading, coaching session or learning program with Wild Intuition Ltd and waive any legal action against Wild intuition Ltd for the information provided in the session.
47. Lateness – If you are late for your session I will wait for 15 minutes. Any later that this and your session will be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full session. I will only be able to continue with the remaining time of your session and be unable to make up the time. Please note: If you have a discount code you will still be charged as full price for a late cancellation.
48. Cancelation policy – If you need to cancel your session, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Less than this will result in a late cancellation fee which is the full cost of your session. Please note: If you have a discount code you will still be charged as full price for a late cancellation.
49. I reserve the right to cancel your session and/or terminate the relationship for reasons I see fit. In this instance a full refund will be given for any sessions not completed.
50. Rescheduling your session – We all need to rearrange from time to time. You can manage your booking and rearrange yourself so long as you give more than 48 hours’ notice. Please note: If you have a discount code you will still be charged as full price for a late cancellation/rescheduling.
51. If I need to reschedule your session – On rare occasions I may need to reschedule your appointment. I will try my best to find a suitable alternative for you. If we are unable to find an option that suits us both, a full refund will be given. VIP clients will not be entitled to a refund on sessions.
52. Refund policy – Please see cancellation & rescheduling. All sessions, courses, workshops or otherwise are a final sale. No refunds will be given for sessions already received.
53. Complaints procedure – If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so in writing to hello@wild-intuition.com within 48 hours of your session. Complaints will be handled as promptly as possible but please allow up to 28 days for a response.
54. These Terms of Use, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the Wild Intuition Ltd Website identify what users of the Wild Intuition Ltd Website can expect from www.wild-intuition.com, and what we expect from users. By accessing any areas of the Wild Intuition Ltd Website, users are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and other policies and guidelines identified throughout the Wild Intuition Ltd Website.
